About Megan

Megan Masson, mezzo-soprano, is a Southern California native with over 10 years of musical experience. Her strong vocal technique and versatility are a result of her work in opera, musical theatre, choral music, and contemporary genres across the United States and Western Europe. Some of her most recent projects include being a principal singer for the 2020 GRAMMYs “Underdog” music video, alto soloist for Loyola Marymount University’s performance of Benjamin Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols, and the role of Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret.

Now located just north of Los Angeles, Megan sings in the Los Robles Master Chorale under the direction of Dr. Lesley Leighton and cantors at churches throughout Ventura County. In addition to performing, Megan loves being a vocal coach for young adults and strives to create a safe, positive environment for all her students.
